COVID-19 Toronto Resource Map
In an effort to assist Torontonians during the COVID-19 Pandemic, an ongoing Google map of resources was created to consolidate available community resources from various sources, including COVID-19 assessment centre locations, local infrastructure such as parks and recreational resources, water sources and washrooms, harm reduction services, food programs, and drop-in spaces such as shelters, respite sites, and municipal warming & cooling centres.
Exploring Acquisition + Development Opportunities
Contextualized prospective development sites within their existing contexts in order to provide government land opportunity recommendations for CHF Canada to pursue in both Toronto and Ottawa CMAs. Created site profiles of existing properties in search of sites for potential intensification and built databases of existing and potential surplus lands at three levels of government. Authored two reports recommending potential development opportunities given locations of existing surplus government lands, their current land use, and their proximity to existing co-operatives, access to transit, grocery stores, schools, and other community resources.
Action Ottawa Funding Proposals
Project management, layout preparation of proposals and funding applications, including three winning proposals with Action Ottawa in 2016.
Planning + Design for Hyper-Constrained Spaces
Researching the Jack Layton Ferry Terminal on Toronto’s Waterfront in terms of its relationship to the ongoing waterfront revitalization, the downtown core, and connections to transportation infrastructure.
Sukkahville 2015 International Design Competition
Kehilla Residential Programme’s 5th annual Sukkahville Design Competition and Exhibition showcased eight international design teams who have reimagined the traditional Sukkah. A Sukkah is a temporary structure built during the Jewish festival of Sukkot to commemorate the 40 years that Jews spent wandering the desert. While building a Sukkah is a particular Jewish ritual observance, it represents many conceptual themes surrounding the essential nature of dwelling that is universal.
Community Transportation Options in Rural Ontario

Housing Needs in Highlands East
In accordance with the Official Plans of both the Municipality of Highlands East and Haliburton County, a housing needs survey was designed and conducted in order to determine challenges pertaining to the provision of housing in the local community.
